How it started.

Music has always been a huge part of my life, but in 2015, I discovered an app called Musical.ly, and it was all the hype of that time. You could record yourself in multiple videos to create musical masterpieces. Once I learned about it, I was hooked and started making songs; they were pretty simple then, but I knew a lot about breaking down songs from playing piano and my time in the choir.

After graduating, I kept making songs using this app, which now switched to another app called Gridplay that did the same thing but a little bit better. It wasn't a social platform, so I could create the music without sharing it with everyone on the internet. Instead, with people I wanted to hear who were on Instagram and Facebook.

Unfortunately, Gridplay and Musical.ly no longer exist, but my love of this art form continues. I began learning how to create the same kind of videos that I did on Gridplay and Musical.ly in Adobe Premiere Pro. I discovered how to sync the vocals and line up the videos in a grid, giving it a choir effect of simply me.

Today, the process has become a lot easier. I'm happy that I can still do this, and it's a rarity because phone apps that allow people to do this don't exist anymore, which makes it a unique art form. I hope you enjoy listening to the songs I created using this process, and thank you for your time and support.
