I have heard countless stories of people handling grief for weeks, months, YEARS. Grief is a natural phenonenon, but it can cause you to fall apart and never be able to be put back together. Unless you do something about it. I know from personal experience the feeling of grief, but ever since I’ve graduated from therapy, I’ve used coping skills to take control of my life again. This can be learned by anyone.
